Undergraduate Auditions
To apply for any undergraduate music degree program, students must first apply to OU online. Once accepted, students must apply to the School of Music. Auditions are required for application to the School of Music. For more information, see the Undergraduate Admissions page on the OU School of Music website.
Graduate Auditions
To apply for any graduate music degree program, prospective students must first apply to the OU graduate college online. For more information see the Graduate Admissions page on the OU School of Music website.

Audition Dates
Piano major audition dates for admission in Fall 2024
- Saturday, February 1, 2025 * (all degree programs)
- Saturday, February 8, 2025 * (all degree programs)
- Saturday, February 15, 2025 (masters or doctoral only, last date for doctoral applicants)
- Saturday, March 1, 2025 * (Masters or undergrad applicants only)

Winter Piano Camp
Winter Piano Camp is a day-long event, hosted annually by OU piano faculty near the start of the spring semester. The camp is open to upper-intermediate through advanced, high school-age pianists who have studied piano for at least four years.
